Karen recently worked as a receptionist for the NHS and previously spent many years working in hospitality in customer service roles. She loves chatting to clients on reception and she really enjoys seeing their pets and giving them attention as she has always loved animals. Karen moved from London to Sheringham with her husband several years ago, to be near family and she has a mischievous cat called Misty.
