Ruth Buxton

Ruth joined the team in 2022. Ruth graduated from the Royal (Dick) School of Veterinary Studies in 2007 and since her graduation has spent her career in farm animal practice in Yorkshire and Norfolk. She has decided to make the move to companion animal practice for a more gentile life requiring more brain power less muscle power!! She is keen to grow her skillset and hopes to pursue an interest in internal medicine. 

Ruth feels at home at Miramar and Sheringham having seen practice with Miramar ever since her work experience placement from Sheringham High School at 14 years old and then for many years after that!

When not running round after her 2 little boys, Labrador Wilf or the cows on her parents' farm, she enjoys playing tennis, generally keeping fit and in the summer can be found up the west end playing rounders on the beach with her massive family!!
